Dinner reservation

Good day Sir/Madam,
I hope you are having a wonderful day,I will like to make dinner
reservations in your restaurant for 10 guest between the 21th December
to 30th of December 2013.They will come for dinner every night between
18.30 to 20.30 daily.

Arrival Date: 21th December 2013
Departure Date: 31th of December 2013
Number of Guests:10
Type: Dinner

However , I want you to confirm if you have a Credit Card Machine.

we do not know what the guests would choose for their meals so we
would make a deposit of $2,000 in advance as initial deposit .The
tables could be share by 5 guests each on 2 tables.The will make
orders on the menu you have available for the 10 night period.All
checks and balances will be made later on.
